Countless are the times where we were encircled by cows on the road and even if the farmers have told us before: just hushhush them away with a litte slap on the back ... no chance. We had some heifers get loose on our Vermont land and I went out to shoo them home. They sensed that I didn't know what I was doing and chased me back into my house to call the neighbors who owned them.<br /><br />They sent their 8 year old daughter, who chased them all home with a stick about the size of the one in your picture!
