These are wonderful. City workers failed on the puzzle reconstruction. It makes for odd and interesting graphics.

What can I say?

These things work like this:
1. construction of a new sidewalk. Done.
2. deciding a bike lane is needed. half of sidewalk is painted red with white bikes. Done.
3. deciding some new underground installations are needed. tear sidewalk/bike lane open. Done.
4. put everything back together. done. almost.

All in one and the same 12 months.
